ARTHUR "JOKER" FLECK/WAYNE is believed to have been born on November 21, 1983 to Panya Flerko (known as Penelope "Penny" Fleck) and Thomas Wayne. Exactly where he was delivered is unknown. All documentation regarding his birth has been falsified.To care for his ailing mother while being in and out of Arkham State Hospital for the vast majority of his life, Joker lived in extreme poverty and worked a range of odd jobs including his infamous run as a party clown for Ha-Ha's talent agency. He also was an aspiring stand-up comedian who went viral for choking during his routine at Pogo's Comedy Club. After being fired for bringing a loaded revolver into the Gotham Children's Hospital, Joker killed three Wayne Investments employees on the subway, which birthed the "Kill the Rich" movement.Joker went on to kill others including esteemed prime time talk show host, Murray Franklin, during an appearance on his show. This segment incited a riot that led to the assassinations of Thomas and Martha Wayne. Joker has been a symbol of change and chaos ever since.We do not subscribe to Edward "Riddler" Nashton's claims of Joker being a "fraud." Multiple sources have confirmed that Joker did grow up impoverished, was denied his inheritance as the coverup scandal proved, and was severely abused as a child by his own mother and her boyfriend.

Anonymous 'X' user @smilemask4793 surprised everyone when they released several never-before-seen shots of Gotham's prince behind the scenes on Murray Franklin's show, just moments before the infamous live broadcast went out to the masses. In these mysterious glimpses behind the curtains you can see Joker as he prepares to step out on-stage, along with NCB workers prepping him for action. We were lucky enough to snag these few stills before our hero @smilemask4793 disappeared from all platforms, their post along with them.

RELIGION: Russian Orthodox
CURRENT RESIDENCE: Joker used to be spotted most frequently in Old Gotham, which is now underwater. Most sightings as of late have been within Sheldon Park, which is Uptown and two islands away from the flood.
DRIVES: No license on record, though he has been spotted driving Nix's flame-red Dodge Charger on more than one occasion.
RELATIONSHIP STATUS: Married to Phoenix "Nix" Fleck/Wayne (neé Degraves)
FAMILY: Thomas Wayne (father) and Penny Fleck (mother) died in 2019 only days apart. Bruce Wayne is his younger brother. He and Nix share three (soon to be 4!) children: Evelyn Rose, born in 2018, Lilac Irina, born in 2021, and Ivaylo Wilder, born in 2023. Baby 4 is due later this year.
PETS: Nix's Instagram profile has revealed numerous animals living in that household. As of this update, they have a Ranchu Goldfish called Goblin, five cats: Gavin, Tuna, Pearl, Pancake, and Tessi, two frogs: Gonzo and Rizzo, an albino corn snake named Spaghetti, a micro piglet called Applesauce, a wolf-dog that appears to be a service dog in training, a big black puppy said to be rescued from Chernobyl named Yellowcake, a shepherd mix puppy renamed Domino (adopted following his performance during Puppy Bowl XX), and a barn owl.
OCCUPATION: Little is known at this time, but it appears that Joker is a successful singer-songwriter, musician, and composer who has flown under the radar for some time. Nix arranges random popup performances at dives across the city. Keep an eye out and you just might catch one.

HAIR COLOR: Naturally brunette and peppered greys, he dyes his hair broccoli-green. Yes, it is real. No wigs or extensions.
TATTOOS: He has nine in inconspicuous locations.
NOTABLE FEATURES: He has a hairline scar above his lip from cleft palate corrective surgery as a child. He also is missing a molar on the top right and has a winged scapula which can be seen through clothing.
SCENT: His cologne has been identified as Paco Rabanne's 1 Million. He washes with Baxter of California soap.
AFFILIATES: Aside from Nix and Bruce Wayne, Joker also affiliates heavily with the Batman, GCPD Chief Inspector Grant Degraves (his father-in-law), Gary Gagsworth, and loosely cooperates with Oswald Cobblepot.
LOCATIONS: Joker has been spotted throughout Gotham City, though he isn't one to lurk in dark alleys. He also is not known to be particularly social, yet also has been noted as easy to talk to.
KNOWN MENTAL ILLNESSES: Unknown. Arkham State Hospital allegedly has gravely misdiagnosed him.
KNOWN DISABILITIES: Dyslexia, Pseudobulbar Affect.
ARMAMENT: A .38 snub-nose five-round Chief's Special revolver. It's a police gun given to him, allegedly, by one of his colleagues-turned-victims, Randall Simonetti.
